Midea 23” Ceramic Dual-Flex Heater

Provides a nice stable, extremely quiet, and digitally controllable heat that warms a medium to large room surprisingly quickly. The flexibility of horizontal as well as vertical operating orientation is an outstanding feature and adds to its efficiency. The digitally selectable control features are exceptional, and the display automatically orients itself based on the position which it is being used. While in cool down mode, the 15 second countdown timer display is a nice feature so that you know exactly what the heater is doing. While the remote does work very well in horizontal mode, as a retired design engineer, I feel it could be improved when used in vertical mode by adding a secondary eye at a 30-degree offset to better align with the angle of heat output. The remote needs to be pointed directly at the photo eye to get it to work vertically which often requires you to move it in the direction of the photo eye. All in all, this product was a pleasant purchasing surprise and earns a 5-star rating.

Bought this since the cold season and I need something to warm up my leaving room where the baby playing with his mom in morning. No issue so far. The vertical and horizontal features give us more choices to play the heater.

I misunderstood I thought it turned, it didn't so it was returned, was astecically pleasing but it didn't do what I needed

These heaters won't turn off once they get to the set temperature. I have old Honeywell and Lasko heaters. This is the first time in my life where a heater simply will run nonstop regardless of the temperature that is set at.
