would have given the appearance five stars, but the top had a large scratch (which doesn't affect how it works). Makes me wonder if it had some rough treatment, as the box had tape all over the bottom. It still works fine though, and we're pleased with it.

Just received it. Let it sit upright over night. Turned it on and was amazed how quite it was. Put it on setting %233 turned it on and was at -2 in a couple of hours. So far-so good.

I just got it but it's very easy to just set up. Mostly the shipping was super fast. I am impressed. I am looking forward to a good relationship with this appliance.

The suction on the door is so strong and the legs aren't level and not easy to level. I need 2 hands to open the door or the entire thing will move. Other than that, no complaints. It works as expected. No issue so far.

It really seems to be a good product.... It is working really good and keeping everything really frozen good....

Size is compact and easy to organize. Compressor is a bit noisier than expected. Power consumption is efficient.

It is advertised as having automatic defrost cycle, but you have to defrost it manually. Fortunately, the coils that collect frost are easy to defrost by turning it off about 15 to 20 minutes every few days. This is better than the major operation of melting ice in other types of freezers and refrigerators.

The freezer description on the internet clearly stated that this item had "Automatic "defrost. The User Manual that came with the freezer states the freezer must be defrosted "Manually."

Freezer came without a knob to turn off or on. Unable to adjust temperature without it. Knob could not be mailed to me. Had to return the entire freezer with no help to the company.
