Had for 2 years quiet and still cleans great. Never hd a complaint. Amazingly quiet!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Midea dishwasher does a great job of cleaning all dishes, glasses, pots, etc. It does as good of a job, if not better, than other available brands. I like that you can mix and match the configuration of the silverware holder depending on how many you need to clean and how much extra space you need on the bottom rack. I also like that the bottom rack tongs can fold down in the back to fit bitter bowls and pots/pans. The Rinse Aid light on the panel is great so you know when to refill the rinse aid. The heated dry and extended dry are great options for when you want everything extra dry and no streaks or anything on the glasses. As with all new appliances, it does take some time to get used to what can go where and what is the best configuration for fitting all you want in there. The top rack is adjustable to go higher or lower as needed. Overall this has been a great dishwasher for the 2 months I have used it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have this brand new Midea dishwasher now and it's been a few weeks, I am using it. I have used many different brand dishwashers in past but this one is best so far. It has most innovative technology of noise control; blue led light turns on when it's power is on. It also have filter system so food residue don't get stuck inside it. It has enough space to wash dishes with pots and pans and it has adjustable spoon baskets so if there are not much utensils I remove extra baskets. I got this oppurtunity to recieve and use Midea Dishwasher as a part of bzzagent campaign from Midea company. So far I am very satisfied with it's all touch features and functions and I am recommeding it to friends and family because it doesnot make noise at all which is best thing to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Midea dishwasher as part of a consumer review. It was delivered without notice it was coming and it did come w the front left corner dented and a dent on the front in the center of the door. Installation was slightly difficult as all off the wiring and tubing was located in the front behind the kick plate and our previous dishwasher hookup was from the back but w some minor adjustment we got it installed. It has a beautiful sleek design w a stainless steel front. kick plate is black. It has two racks w a removable rack for your silverware that has a handle which is extremely handy. For larger loads of dishes after a lot of cooking you can take one out to allow for more room for plates and bowls. Now to the inside the top rack sticks a little when you try to pull it out it often takes a forceful motion to get it out to be able to load If I'm being honest and often plates and pots impedes it. I'm not sure if this is normal for this model I'm going by my experience only. It also has a rack on top that allows for bowls in the front and center of top rack but does not fit cups that well. The bottom rack has a very thin row towards the front that doesn't fit much of anything except a cookie tray or cutting board and is wasted space during most times I use it, since I'm cooking for a family. I have started putting Tupperware lids there since I can't fit much else in this spot. I do love how the inside is stainless steel mimicking the front of the Midea dishwasher. It is very compact on the inside and I find it's harder to place larger items because of the prongs being so close to one another great for plates but not for pots and pans. I do love the auto dry feature. And I love the settings bar so I can customize as needed it is also hidden from view adding to the aesthetic, but you have to have the dishwasher open to start it and power it on and off which can be a lot say if your holding a little one or have something in your hands or they are dirty. It is extremely quiet so quiet in fact that I never notice it at all this is something I love about it it's Also energy efficient and you save on water as well. Drawbacks are the racks inside limits places Dishes can be put. Plus it cleans very well and the heated dry is a great feature. I would be very watchful upon delivery if dented In The slightest it is pretty much done for looks wise. I'd does have a small blue plastic trash catcher in the bottom for the bigger food particles which is easy to get to to empty and I love that! Overall I like it but a little let down it's dented upon delivery I'd like to add my older dishwasher which I replaced had more room inside but was much louder so I guess it's a trade off
The product works wonderfully and we're very pleased with the product itself. It was a good price and value. BUT It came out of the box with a bent wheel on the top tray. We called 2 days after we purchased the product and for the next month tried several times to get an ETA on having someone address the issue with the wheel on that tray. They never could get an email to come through to us for us to reply to them even though they on three different occasions repeated back to us the correct email. They finally told us we could text the information to a text line which they first said the pictures did not come through clearly, we sent the same pictures to the same text number then there wasn't an issue. Every time we called customer service we got different answers and different stories from each tech as if internally they could not communicate or keep proper notes. As of me writing this review it's been 5 weeks and I still do not have resolution on Midea's end. They said they we would hear something from them concerning an ETA and technician visit and we haven't yet. I even offered that if they would just ship me the tray I'd switch them out myself. The last two service reps I talked to could not even find the tray on the schematic to get a part number to order it. In short, Although my family loves the dishwasher, I'll probably never buy another product from them because it's a nightmare dealing with customer service and I can only imagine how if there's any warranty issues to arise how that's going to turn out. Side note, My family's also in the market for an air conditioner. And I will not even consider looking into Midea's air conditioners because if they can't stand behind a dishwasher why would I trust them with a major purchase like an air conditioner and it's longer warranty period?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the look of the dishwasher, but there are definitely some flaws with it. The top rack often gets stuck and does not slide out very easily to put dishes in or take them out. We also noticed that no matter what dryness level we select, the dishes are never fully dry after a cycle is complete. We do like how much can fit in the dishwasher and the "buttons" being on the top and not the front of the door-nice so that kids can't easily press buttons or turn on. Overall, it is a decent dishwasher but likely wouldn't choose to install this same one in the future.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is average at best. It is serviceable in washing and sanitizing fully rinsed dirty dishes. Pros: it runs quietly and the electronic components are modern. The racks are adjustable for height to allow for larger items on bottom or top rack. It does its job - cleans dishes. Cons: It was delivered with a large dent in the handle right out of the box. This doesn't effect functionality but does effect appearance and has caused our cabinet to rub against it when opening. The tray design is not adjustable. Our previous dishwasher's silverware tray had hooks on the side to keep it stable; this one does not, and tends to fall over a bit. Bottom rack comes off the track easily and is difficult to get back on the track, especially when loaded. Water does not fully drain after cycle is done, remaining in the dishwasher, causing and odor. One other con we recently experienced was in opening the dishwasher thinking it was complete but it was still mid-drying cycle. Once closed, there's no option to continue from where it stopped. If we were to purchase a new dishwasher, we probably wouldn't choose this one.
Worked well but impossible to fix after warranty. A seal fell out so we had to buy a whole inside door panel, the hinge screws were stripped so we needed new screws for the hinges. The only solution is to hire a repair company to get the proper screws. Not worth your time or money for a temporarily good dishwasher.
I had this for dishwasher from 2020. It's always giving some sort of problems . I replaced the door latch around 3 times already . Trust me I will not buy this product again in the future
