From day one this baby has done it's job. I got it for a damp musty basement. It works like crazy. It has been going non-stop since I got it and it draws a lot of water . I only wish that the water container would sit level on the ground when you take it out to empty it. I dump the water into a bucket and carry it to the sink and I usually spill some. It is sitting in the middle of two rooms and it is drawing moisture from both. I also liked the price. it was very reasonable. Excellent product! I am 66 and have no problem with it's operation, and no problem emptying the bucket, except for a small spill now and then when it is full. I try to empty it before it gets too full and that helps
Great packaging. Very impressive. Performance is better than I ever expected. I have it set at 60% and when this is reached it shuts off which will save a lot of electricity. I have it connected to a hose and therefore do not have to empty the bucket which is not very big to begin with. Easy instructions come with the device. Best price around and believe me I checked.
We ordered this to replace a Maytag dehumidifier that gave up the ghost after a decade of reliable service. This unit was cheaper than the competition, easy to install, quiet in operation, and performs as well as the Maytag in our 600 sq. foot basement. If it holds up, this will have been a great investment.
Very quiet and efficient. I am very satisfied with this dehumidifier. After 2 months of excellent operation in my finished basement, I just bought a second dehumidifier for a family member to use in their home. They are also very satisfied.
Works fine Had it on now for 2 weeks Empty the water about ever 6 hours
So far so good. Last year I purchased a Keystone 70-pint dehumidifier it worked until the warranty ended and died with the dreaded "EC error" this dehumidifier is made by the same company as the Keystone. Only time will tell.
It does exactly what I expected. The air in the area is clean and no musty smells. I'm very happy. It does make noise and produced heat but all of these machines do. The outcome is worth it.
seems to be working well. much quieter than our old one. I have emptied it once a day, so I know it is working.
It's noticeably faster to dry up my basement than my old 25-pint dehumidifier. The only issue I have is the water fills to the top of the bucket so it's hard to pull out and carry it to the sink without spilling.
Machine keeps shutting off and have to restart everyday. Doesn't pull much water out of the air.
