worked great at first but after a month it could barely cool off 1 room even after cleaning the filter multiple times. haven't looked into recharging because it shouldn't need that after a month l.

I have only had this unit for 2 weeks and I'm so disappointed. I'm mad I threw the box away or I would return it. The temperature is over 90 here and my room is hot. I noticed, when it's 80 or below it works great. I am currently sweating in my room!

after dealing with their horrible customer service, i would never recommend this brand, nor will i ever spend my money on this brand AGAIN! Customer service is absurd. one of my side panels was ripped, and they suggested i take the whole unit back. over a 5 or 10 dollar piece? Honor your warranty people! be cautious if you purchase from them cause obviously A warranty is nothing to them and they want somebody That's disabled and can't lift anything over five pounds to take the whole air conditioner back over one side panel!

This was supposed to be a brand new unit - and for the price I was shocked - but when it arrived (because it was out of stock and needed to be shipped) it had CLEARLY been used and was dirty, wet, and useless. Someone isn't paying much attention to what gets shipped out to customers and it shows.. I have no frame of reference as to whether or not it works well, how long it runs, or how cool it gets as my purchase was a waste. Be careful with buying these things online - best bet: go to the store yourself and get something in stock.

The reason for the one-star rating is mostly due to the delivery process. I ordered the product online and opted for the free delivery. On the day that was indicated as the day of delivery, I received a text notifying me that the delivery service was 5 stops away. A short time later I received another text indicating that the delivery service was on the way and would be at my residence in 3 minutes. Between the texts, I had gone outside to await the delivery service. After about 3 or four minutes, I received another text indicating the delivery service was 1 minute away. I was sitting outside my residence on the street. watching for them. After what seemed like 5 or more minutes I received another text. This time the text stated that the delivery service was unable to deliver the package to my residence. There was no reason why in the text, and I never saw any delivery trucks near my residence, nor had any gone by.. I called Walmart (Center of New England/Coventry, RI) and spoke with someone in deliveries, explained what happened, she was unable to give me a reason why the delivery service was unable to deliver, She then told me that the package would be returned to Walmart deliveries, I asked her, "How long? and she responded, "Itshould be here shortly. I asked her to call me when it arrived and told her I would pick the package up myself, and she agreed. After a couple of hours, I drove to Walmart, called deliveries, and was told the package had not returned yet. I went into Walmart and went to the customer service counter. I explained my situation to the woman at the customer service counter and asked if I could change the product from delivery to pick up at the store, and go get one from the store since it had already been paid for the air conditioner. She called the manager at deliveries and asked them, and she was told it could not be done. I went back out to the deliveries/pick up area, waited about ten minutes, and called deliveries/pick up to see if my package had been returned yet. I was told that it had been returned and it was brought it out to me. I lost a lot of time due to the unexplained delivery problem and the reality that none went by or arrived at my residence. My whole plan was to install the unit and then go take care of some more things I needed to get done. They didn't.

I don't have a problem with the product. I have a problem with the delivery. This was left on the sidewalk in front of my house at 11:30 at night in the rain. I'm lucky it worked and that it wasn't stolen. I woke up at 5 am to the email. Very lucky it was still there.

Purchased this unit to cool down a 9x13 shed during this summer here in Shreveport, La . To be honest, with the humid hot weather it seems like its a barbie dream house air conditioner for kids. Don't waste your time or money! The one star is simply for the ease of installation, for as the product itself, it sucks.

This air conditioner was the weakest and worst air conditioner i have ever experienced. The very old one i had to get rid of this spring because it broke worked better, after it was broken. I returned this a. c. It took me over 2 hours to install it because of many reasons. The pull outs dont even work properly. They were crooked and didnt oull out all the way at all. I was very unhappy with this piechase. All im saying is that i spent less than $100 more on another a. c. and could not be happier with it. It works amazingly! What a difference!!!

Bought 2 of these last year and it was working fine until we went to use it again this year to get through these hot days and it's now blowing out hot air.

The Ac unit itself seems to he working ok. The problem I had was that we got it installed in the window and turned it on. One it had ran about a minute Ants started flying out all over the place. I don't mean a few Ants, this was 30-40. Most of the bugs were dead but there was a handful that was still alive. Not to mention the fact that they're red Ants of some sort that sting. I was extremely disappointed. I ordered an AC unit, not a bug infestation!
