Very impressed with how easy it was to install. Love the bracket that gives it a very solid and secure. It is not going anywhere compared to the old AC. So quiet I can hardly hear it, so this may be our new dream machine. Smart Home APP was easy to set up and it immediately found the new AC. Will be great to set up to turn on before we get home from work or from my Apple Watch. The black color looks sharp both inside with our gray walls and on the outside as well. Perfect AC for the bedroom!

It cools my bedroom very quick and it stays cold! I love that it connects to WiFi, has a timer, has a fan, and also dehumidifies the room. It's perfect for rooms that need extra coolness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small, but mighty! Just had some extreme heat sneak up on us and needed to put this in our living room quickly! It is so easy to install, love how it has a stand, and how the window closes into the A/C unit! As soon as we installed it and turned it on, the cool air was felt! Instantly, the room was starting to feel cooler. Normally, we use a larger size for this area, but this Midea works so much better and quieter! Will definitely be looking into another Midea unit!

third unit of this type I've owned from midea. love it! the unit itself is super quiet. even with the fan on high speed i can barely hear that it's running. the design makes it so much easier to seal the window to avoid heat creep from outside and the included window harness helps support the unit. i can't say enough good things about this style.

This is a quiet and efficient A/C unit. It is very well thought out with no drama operation and with a window bracket you install first and then place the A/C unit on. The noise stays outside the room and it runs quiet and ramps up and down as needed to cool the room. It comes with weather striping to complete the installation. It helps to spend some time with the instructions to do everything in the right sequence. It looks good and it really behaves itself and runs super quiet. This 6000 btu unit was small enough to work in my little bedroom. Walmart shipped it in 2 days where Amazon wanted 2 weeks and more $$

Overall, this is a good air conditioner that's easy to use and works well for cooling a bedroom. Installation and operation were straightforward, and it does a good job keeping the room comfortable. The only downside is that mine arrived with a dent on the side. It still functions properly, but it's disappointing to receive a damaged unit.

The problem was that the remote didn't work, and it wasn't the remote that was displayed in the instructions. I think what happened was that it was sold and returned and then re-packaged without being fixed and re-sold me that makes me angry. I'm not sure who to blame though because I don't know if it was the seller or Walmart that did this. At any rate I'm not happy.

would have been great if the FACTORY SEALED BOX had come with all of the essential parts. it did not and when I contacted MIDEA about the missing parts, they claimed that they had none of them. they told me to contact Walmart, purchase aftermarket parts myself or lug the whole unpacked and partially installed mess back to Walmart for a refund. I asked for a rebate to cover parts I needed and I was told no.
