the box came in un damaged, but did take a full week to arrive. walmart originally stated 2 days. shipping was way way to long. as to the AC unit itself it was installed and seems to be working great. time will tell, but seems like a good unit for our usage.

Air conditioner delivered 5 days after purchase. Box perfect, unit it perfect condition. 25 minutes from box, assembled(side pieces), to installed. Have had this unit for 6 months now. We live in Texas. It’s hot except maybe 30 days the entire year. Works so well. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

This air conditioner is better than I thought it would be. It's always hard for me to choose a air conditioner. My last one by LG was a noisy dud. I didn't like the way the filter came out. And heavier than my new one. It blows very strong and cold. And quiet. But not too quiet. I like a little sound to block out the outside noise. And when the cool air comes on it's barely noticeable. LG was like a Sherman tank when it came on. Big difference. I like the way the filter comes outs. Hate the slide out kind. Almost all the hair and dust goes back in when you have to wash it. I like the relaxing sound it has. Makes sleeping easier. The only flaw it has it the cord. It's white. They should have made it black. Otherwise, I got a winner.

It was easy to install but i recommend buying some air conditioner weather seal tape but other then that this air conditioner is pretty nice and has a blue led light when turned on which goes pretty cool with the black air conditioner!

I should have ordered the White unit. Black unit is hard to read controls unless you have direct light on panel. Works great, easy enough to set up and install. Have someone help you if you can, unit is heavy and awkward.

My rating is consistent with the other ratings for this product on Walmart's product page. Great quality. Easy to use. No troubles so far except the delay on delivery. But I still gave that five stars, because everything else went really well. Can't knock Walmart for something beyond their control.

Works great so far. Ice cold At 75° in my studio. Hopefully it Continues to bring me happiness for years to come. Very small

It's no louder really than my old 5000btu A/C but this one COOLS WAYYYY BETTER! Also it doesn't have to run constantly in order to keep up with high temps* and the "Auto" setting just lets it take care of all that, Don't even bother with a 5000btu if you have this option!!! We got to test it out the week I got this in WI, straight week of 98degree humid and this had NO problem keeping up!

Esthetically its a cool AC and pretty simple to install. It keeps my bedroom cool during 90 weather however it will only make the room cold if its around 80 degrees or below outside. That's fine with me as I prefer comfortably cool as opposed to freezing cold anyway but some like it cold. The remote is a little glitchy but it does the job. Shipping was fast as usual. I'm pleased.

The biggest issue was trying to get the sidebars on that blocks the empty space in the window the unit doesn't cover. The prongs you are supposed to slide it through to secure it to the unit were not made right and it was very difficult and had to pry it apart a bit to be able to get them through. Otherwise, it was fairly simple. The controls and setup were a little complex also, especially from the remote. But if you read the manual it helps explain everything and didn't take a lot of time to figure it out. Although, I haven't connected it to the smart feature yet, but the instructions didn't seem complicated. It gets cold air definitely, but I live in TX where it is hot and humid, so not quite sure how well this is going to help through the summer yet. It has yet to cool our place under 70 and it's barely spring, but our place was pretty hot already and giving it some time, It was almost 90 degrees in our place to start with and it's a definite improvement so far.
