[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This HomePointe window air conditioner is 6,000 BTU and cools up to 250 sq ft. The front control panel is digital and easy to use. I love the sleek design of the front. I had my brother in law install this window AC, and the mounting kit needed to install this was included (The AC also comes with a remote control). The total time to have this AC installed was roughly 45 minutes. When I turned on the AC the first thing I noticed was it was much quieter than my old AC window unit. My room is a little larger than 250 sq ft but this AC had no difficulty cooling it.

Even though it's winter, I know this will come in handy in the summer. We took it out and it looks so nice! I have one that is made by the same company and this will be our 5th year with it and it's still good as new!!

I love the fact that it comes with a control where I can change the settings from where I am standing.. This makes me so happy being a in an area where the weather can be extra hot I can turn on the AC directly from my spot and it provided a refreshing spot where my we feel safe, secure, and comfortable without racking up a huge light bill .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner unit is a basic, simple version and exactly what I would expect from it. It blew cold air right out of the box, which is the most important factor! It comes with everything you need to install it in the window. Also includes a remote, which I find very handy so you don't have to get up every time you need to change the temperature. Has a lot of other good features, such as a timer and a fan setting, that I will use a lot. I appreciate that it has the energy efficient label too, it's good to know it won't make a big mark on my electric bill. I took a video of it running and as you can see, it's not super quiet but it's not horribly loud either. The only feature that I miss with this unit is it does not have wifi capability. We have an older ac unit that has an app you can download on your phone and it allows you to turn it on and off and adjust the settings from anywhere. But overall, this is a great little AC. The digital led screen is easy to see in the evening. The air conditioner is very quiet and does not disturb my sleep! It was alittle heavy but that is typical for all air conditioners. I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the first thing I want to mention is I have transitioned from a window unit that is probably 15 years old to this one. The thing I noticed right off the bat was how lightweight it was! My old one I had to have my dad come and install it because I couldn't even attempt to lift it, this one is no problem for me! I can install it and take it out on my own! My bedroom is a bungalow so similar to an attic so it gets very warm and humid, even when it's not THAT hot outside. This unit cooled the whole room very quickly. I am so pleased!

It took me a bit set up in my window but I'm challenged at things like that but I got there eventually. It is very quiet and cools the space well. I only have it in my bedroom so it's only cooling about 100 square feet.
