Good product overall.
What I did not like is that I originally purchased to place under my home, the underpinning is so insulated that the house cant breath so Ineed something under there in the heated days and it is not freeze proof. so it cant stay there, othewise it is great in the house but I need an extererior one.

Walmart's customer service good, the unit bad
The unit worked fine and did a good job dehumidifying until we tried to use the pump. It leaked from beneath the unit. A call to the manufacturer gave no options to remedy the problem, they said it must be defective. The return to the store was easy, but disappointed in the machine.
