Overall a good reliable radio which does way more than I need. The hand crank is useless as I'm 87 and arthritic so too difficult to use. Still I can see why most people would value it. I'm glad I purchased it and value the peace of mind it gives me when bad weather is coming.

Works perfectly, literally scared the crap out of me when we had a tornado watch, was soooo loud! I love it!

Got to thinking about this past winter's ice storm in my area and being without power for several hours and how it could've been worse (was for a whole lot of folks). Said to myself, you need to get a good weather radio. This one seemed to fit the bill. It arrived quickly. It took reading the manual plus watching a youtube video to figure out some things. The video I found most helpful was by Mossy Reviews. Search for ER310Pro reviews. I had kept bringing up the bluetooth option which not sure I need that? Guess I'll find out. Think I rather have sound coming from radio itself, which I did. And I finally get the clock set - you can choose 12 hour or 24 hour. I like 24 hour myself. And how to get it to switch between AM or FM or WX, which if there's weather trouble I feel like my local WX band is where I'd want to be tuned to. Feel like I am not being much help here, except if I can not fully understand instructions but still can fiddle around and manage to get options working, then anybody should be able to run this thing. It came mostly charged. I didn't even use the supplied cable since I already had a usb-c cord I use for my tablet right by me. It's fully charged, and based on an online tip, I intend to check it about every four weeks and top off the charge as needed. It seems like a good radio that could come in handy. Just turned back on for a photo - and the clock reset. Okay I don't like that. Well shoot. Oh well in an emergency I'll just go by a battery clock. I didn't try the dog whistle, kinda scared of scaring the neighbors. lol I was impressed with the compact size. It really is about the size of a transistor radio. Hope this does help!

I love this little radio! It's built like a tank so there's no need to worry about it breaking or tearing up easily. It has a good sound quality, and great reception. It came mostly charged, I completed the charge and it's lasted a week so far without the battery going down any (that's with the weather radio set to the alert mode 24/7 , and random use of the FM radio) it's inside my truck so the solar panel maybe keeping it charged during the day I'm not sure. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to a friend. In fact I plan to buy them as presents to give my loved ones! The built in light is a nice feature and is actually bright enough to work by. I've tested the s.o.s. feature and the dog whistle just to see if they work, hopefully I never have to use them but it's nice to know you have it if the need arises. I assure you this is not some cheap dud that's going to leave you disappointed, go ahead and get one for yourself and your friends too! I think you'll find you love it as much as I love mine! The upgraded features and functions on this radio are exactly what it needed. With everything switching over to USB-C I am glad I can use the same charger my phone has to keep the ER310PRO charged. Another great upgrade is the Bluetooth capability so I can play music from my phone, during power outages from inclement weather sometimes it's nice to listen to music to pass the downtime until the power get backs on. Over all the ER310PRO is a solid NOAA Weather Radio to have in your home, vehicle, hiking backpack, fishing tackle box or when traveling. Stay in the know! Be safe! - GOATX

I love this emergency radio! Super handy to always have! I love the flashlight feature! Because daylight savings it gets dark so much earlier! My family and I always have our radio when we go out for walks. It is super handy. I also love the lanyard!

Just received my ER310PRO, a good successor to my ER130, that a local Florida friend will now get. He's a local contractor, can use it for on-site weather alerts. Having sudden high winds, lightning & hail are critical to know for his jobs, equipment & outdoor safety. For us, it's our portable hurricane evacuation radio, for when we're without power for extended periods, whether home or displaced. With NWS/FM/AM. Good sound quality & reception, not a bad outdoor patio personal news radio at any time. Not sure how the rechargeable “Power Bank” will work out. Aside from making the radio thicker, I liked having replaceable AA batteries in the ER310, supplied by a very large supply of fresh batteries I always keep on hand here in hurricane land. Although the ER130 & PRO both have power cranks and a solar panel. But the Power Bank is rated to last a long time, equal to the longest power outage we've had here locally so it may do the job. And the rest of the new radio is what I know & like, with some minor tweaks. So I recommend it to others who need a take-along NOAA emergency radio, or during an extended power outage.

To start, I think this product gets a 4.5 only because the radio is a bit heavy and is the size of a brick but other than that it is amazing. The radio is super clear and the flashlight is amazingly bright. It was well worth what I paid for. I really liked that this product had different charging options, and could also charge your phone.

Do no buy. The solar panel stopped working a month after I bought it. And the siren goes off with any small "warning" regarding a change in the weather.
