We love these. My husband and I use them when we are Adventuring with no cell service They are very durable So we let the kids have fun with them too

We got these radios and couldn't be happier. We have used them camping and while jeeping when the jeep CB wasn't working. Pros: • Long battery life. These lasted longer than expected with just the factory charge. • Clear audio. These were used in primarily close range but between vehicles and the sound quality was super clear—no static or garbled transmissions. We could even hear other people from across the river as if they were standing right next to us. • Good distance. Obviously the number of objects between radios can affect your distance but for what we were using them for it was great and I would feel comfortable having the radios farther apart and still be able to use them. • We got a 3 pack! The more radios in use the more sites can stay connected • Easy to use. These radios have so many functions and abilities that it can get overwhelming but navigating the functions was pretty easy and the owner's manual was clear. Cons: • We got a 3 pack but the charging cradle only holds 2. This isn't really a negative but does require additional planning if you want to use all three radios and ensuring they all have the same charge. • Not really a con, but I may never utilize all the features that these radios offer, they are that awesome.

Great talkies. In set of 3. Rechargeable batteries, Light weight, Can recharge in car or use 3 AAA bateries.

We live on a large lake and are surrounded by prairie. The range is approximately one to 1.5 miles, which is perfectly adequate for us, and our micromobile base station. Having 3 units is the perfect combination for us.

Ordered these for my wife and kids to go hiking with. Good range, great quality, and they were happy! Great stuff from Midland!

We will see so far they're great! Seems like good quality - I just wish they were further in distance to be able to work —- it's short span in miles

Worked clearly when in the same yard. Don't know under what circumstances it would get 28 mile range. In a residential area, they only got about a mile and a half.

These are rated for 28 mile, but could not get more than 3/4 of a mile in the city with flat ground and no tall buildings. Hope it's better in the desert.
