Brewed with a v60 pour-over. Really dark color but flavor was brighter than I expected. Pleasant cedar, earthy and smoky-ness (but I like than kind of thing).

Drinking this one all I can imagine is enjoying a cost watching the sunset. This coffee just brings images to memories. Making you feel good just from scent and taste.

I like dark, smoky coffee so this was right up my alley. Not the most complex flavor profile but if you love dark, oily beans that give you a robust, earthy, strong cup of coffee, this is for you.

We really love Vashon coffees, after visiting the island three years ago. This coffee was dark and smokey. Made in French press and drank black.

Satisfying cup of coffee, though it didn't taste how I'd expected it to based on the description. Its a solid cup of dark coffee, though.

The strong, dark richness and smoky edge blend very well! It has a bit of a bitter after taste though.

Solid dark roast! The beans are particularly rich and oily, so they made a very robust cup of coffee. I used a French press and loved it.

This bean was pretty good. It had a great aroma and made a decent cup. It wasn't as full bodied as I prefer, but I wouldn't say no to a cup of it.

I have tried a few from Vashon, and this one is my fav! The cedar and smokey bits don't taste how you think they smell. It's unique and I dig it!
