MidNite Time Release Drug-Free Sleep Aid, 6mg Melatonin Plus Herbs, 30 Tablets

I want sure about this when I purchased it. I have been using the navy to sleep formula for years and live it. The extended release is as good as it claims I will continue using it when needed in the future.

I have no issues with falling asleep but I wake up after 2 or 3 hours & then I'm wide awake. I get up every night at least once, sometimes more. No matter what I have tried it's been this way for 2 years. I have tried melatonin, Tylenol pm and many other over the counter products. The first night I used Midnite, nothing changed, I was still up as normal. However, one the second, third, fourth and so on I have actually slept all night long. I really like this product! I have always had trouble falling asleep but it has been so easy since I started using these! I was hoping for great results with these extended release MidNite tablets, but I am sorry to say they were not effective for me. I took them with me while traveling. I found that the regular MidNite worked better.
