I want sure about this when I purchased it. I have been using the navy to sleep formula for years and live it. The extended release is as good as it claims I will continue using it when needed in the future.

I really like Midnite sleep aid. I'm not sure about the extended version.

I love that all the ingredients are items I know and would eat or drink. The time release capsules really helped as I frequently wake up and cannot get back to sleep. Non addiction, natural sleep support.

Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep and there is nothing more frustrating than lying in bed wide awake. MidNite with melatonin is answered prayer. Each dose contains 6mg of melatonin and that is all I need to drift off. In the morning I feel rested with no after affect of grogginess. I like that it is time released which keeps me asleep through the night. Great product!

I get up every night at least once, sometimes more. No matter what I have tried it's been this way for 2 years. I have tried melatonin, Tylenol pm and many other over the counter products. The first night I used Midnite, nothing changed, I was still up as normal. However, one the second, third, fourth and so on I have actually slept all night long. I don't know why I was waking up before, I go to bed at 9:30pm est and wake up at 5:30 for work. This is the first product that has helped me sleep all night long. I have always fallen asleep with no problem but staying to sleep was the problem and with Midnite sleep health that problem is no longer a problem for me and I'm so grateful. Thank you!!

I was hoping for great results with these extended release MidNite tablets, but I am sorry to say they were not effective for me. I took them with me while traveling. I found that the regular MidNite worked better.

I tried this product over a week and it just wasn't the right fit for me personally. It did allow me to fall asleep faster, however I woke up after 3 hours which was odd because that is not something that normally happens. Getting to sleep was a breeze though.
