Cramps and tiredness when I am on my period usually I just stay in bed for a good two days when I start my cycle when I received the gelcaps in my Influenster box I was so excited to try them. They have helped me so much and stay productive when usually I want to sleep, which is hard being a stay at home mom of two and a puppy!

I have to take the heavier stuff like prescribed naproxen. I appreciate the box I just wish it worked for me !!
