Cramps and tiredness when I am on my period usually I just stay in bed for a good two days when I start my cycle when I received the gelcaps in my Influenster box I was so excited to try them. They have helped me so much and stay productive when usually I want to sleep, which is hard being a stay at home mom of two and a puppy!

The gel-caps I feel help a lot quicker than the original caplets. I love the new, bright colored packaging as well. These are convenient and very helpful and always help relieve those horrible time of the month symptoms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a big medicine taker but these do help for minor cramps. I have really bad periods, and I have PCOS so my pain is usually pretty severe. I can say it dulls the pain a little and helps ease back aches just from the normal period irritation. I think for people that have normal periods it would work wonders.

I have to take the heavier stuff like prescribed naproxen. I appreciate the box I just wish it worked for me !!
