Based on true facts Midway has a good cast of actors and action. A good value 4k %26 Blu-ray Discs %26 price picture and sound amazing a favored WW II movie to be added to my collection

The 4K transfer of Midway is absolutely stunning …razor-sharp detail, deep blacks, and HDR that really brings the battle sequences to life. The aerial dogfights look fantastic on a big screen, and the Dolby Atmos mix is reference-level. Planes roar across the room, explosions rumble with tight low end, and dialogue stays crystal clear the whole time. The story hits the right balance of history, heroism, and emotion, with solid performances across the board. It's one of the best modern WWII films both for visuals and sound. A must-own for anyone with a good home theater setup.

A worthwhile and entertaining remake of a classic war movie. no, there's no john Wayne or henry fonda. But the cast in this movie does a commendable job in the roles they were given. And this action movie looks even better now that it's in 4k. planes fly higher and bombs explode brighter than before.

I was skeptical of another Midway movie, but this is the one to get. It is epic and makes you proud to be an American, but it also reminds of how despicable our society has become to the relentless whining of crybabies who don't care how this country became and remains free because of our brave solders and people who are not afraid to make sacrifices for the greater good of everybody. This movie also has an epic sound track with bass in all its glory. I loved this movie.

Very good Movie about the Battle of Midway WWII, really good battle scenes but nothing like the Original, but if you like action war films as I do you'll like this remake

This is a movie you Definitely want your collection. I bought it for the Dolby atmos sound and the history of Pearl Harbor. I wish the movie wouldve went more in depth about why the Japanese attacked but it was still good.

This is an amazing and awesome movie! Has very real portrayals of the scenes that actually happened in Pearl Harbor!

You can never go wrong with a 4k movie. This is based on real events. The cast was perfect for this movie.

The story was week as well as some of the acting. The CG was marginal as well. The 1976 version with Charlton Heston is much better!
