This is the heaviest gage wire of any cages currently available in this price rage. I have rescues and each one now has this Midwest Life Stages cage. There are Midwest cages that are not up to this one's quality. Don't buy the I-crate in this brand they are not nearly as sturdy or well made. I love these crates and recommend them to everyone!

I honestly wasn't expecting much for the price. I spent a lot more on my first dog's crate and it is flimsy as well as generally unattractive. The 2nd dog's crate (Walmart crate) is sturdy and has an amazing paint job for a dog crate that makes the crate easy on the eyes. One side note - commercial, rectangular dog beds seem to fit perfectly in the Walmart crate. Even if they are a brand name from a different store). I love the washable cover and absolutely recommend this crate.

Finally, a crate with the quality I was looking for! It's sturdy, solidly built, and the latch feels secure. Very happy with this purchase.

This double door dog crate is sturdy & was super easy to assemble. It's heavy duty and looks like it should last a long time. The divider makes it easy to use from puppy up to adult dog size.

I have 3 pit bull mix puppies (8 months 50lbs). I purchased one for each pup. This is where they sleep at night but often choose to take naps during the day. They appear to be very comfortable in them, and haven't chewed on them or the pillows in them. They automatically go into them after they last outside bathroom break. I like the fact the fold up to store, the rollers make them easy to move, and light enough to move to the car when transporting the dogs to the vets or for outing. Since they are use to the crates they seem to be more comfortable when transporting and seem to help prevent their car sickness.

Easy to assemble. Easy to collapse and folds flat for storage. Strong enoungh to hold my big 90+ lb German Shepard and thwart alll of his escape attempts!

The door clasps are a bit whimpy and I wouldn't put a strong unruley pet into it, it works great for a trained dog. Worth the money considering the price options out there.

just a heads up the description says 36x24x27. but in fact the size on the box and the crate are 36x23x25. My finished wood top for old kennel was to big and slides around when kids are coloring or playing Legos on it. And being two inches shorter my yellow labs back is tight to the top of kennel.
