My kitties LOVE this 2 story condo!! It reaches right to the window so they can watch outside while relaxing and has two additional private sleeping areas. I love it because it's lightweight and super easy to set up and move around. It folds flat for easy storage. One side has a nice scratching post. This is our 3rd one! We have a multiple kitty home and have 3 window seats now...all our cats love it! It doesn't take up much floorspace by a window and would be perfect for a corner or even by a desk to keep kitty from "helping" you work. You won't regret this purchase! I hope they will expand and offer more colors! The rich suede type brown is beautiful and neutral enough to blend into any decor. Get one! Or 3!!!

Our kitten loves to play hide and seek through the little holes. He does not care too much for the seat on top yet but has gone on top a few times to sniff around. I feel like it should have been priced cheaper but the quality is very good. Top has plush soft padding and the material was nice. It looks just like the photo on the site.

My cat loves this condo. I was looking for something to fit under a window that would also allow her to get on top of the condo and look out. This condo works perfectly and it fits with the decor in my bedroom.

This is a great little hideaway fir your kitty. It's attractive, well made and folds up for storage. My cat is very particular, but went right inside and within minutes was asleep. That's a great recommendation!

I like that it looks almost like a piece of furniture. My cats have used the scratching part and sat on the top, but inside only once. I hope they'll get used to using it more as time goes on.

It's well worth the money. Very sturdy. I have 3 cats that weigh 18 pounds and this supports them and they fit in the box with no problem. And plush on top with faux suede on the sides. Nice and soft. I love it! Thank-you

it's a pretty decent set up, my cat sits on top and sleeps. Dropped him off with the family friend (cat sitter) with the bed and their cats fell in love instantly

This is a nice little hide away for my cat. He loves to play with the balls that are attached. As soon as I put it together, he was inside it. This is more stable than the cat tree I had before which wobbled on the carpet. It also looks nicer. Even though I checked the measurements,(against my cat's other beds he sleeps in) I think it could have been a little bigger for my cat. But he doesn't seem to mind. I made a pillow for the inside because the floor (that stabilizes it) is hard. I gave it 4 stars because of the size & the hard floor, but I'm sure my cat would have given it 5 stars!
