I honestly wasn't expecting much for the price. I spent a lot more on my first dog's crate and it is flimsy as well as generally unattractive. The 2nd dog's crate (Walmart crate) is sturdy and has an amazing paint job for a dog crate that makes the crate easy on the eyes. One side note - commercial, rectangular dog beds seem to fit perfectly in the Walmart crate. Even if they are a brand name from a different store). I love the washable cover and absolutely recommend this crate.
We purchased this cage and it's exactly what we were looking for! It's extremely sturdy. It's also large enough to accommodate our pit bull and English bulldog very comfortably. They can each turn around and stand while in together. This cage came with a divider but we don't use it although it's a very nice feature. We received it in about 3 days with free shipping and purchased it for about half the price of our local pet store. Very happy!
I purchased this dog for my seven month old standard poodle. It was pretty heavy but very sturdy when my dog would go in the crate would not Ratle and make noise he will definitely not be chewing his way out of this one very please with it would definitely recommend it to others
I bought a kennel in store that didn't contain a divider. After reading continuous reviews of Midwest kennels, I decided to return the more expensive kennel which didn't contain a divider to purchase a better kennel that contained a free divider for less money!
So far the crate works well. I left it open a few days, then began putting treats in it. When I finally put her in it she did fine. She had never been in a crate before and she's a 8 months old Doberman Shepherd. Now she goes right in when I ask or sometime when she's ready for bed. The plan is to wait out puppyhood and save our shoes. I would recommend to anyone.
This double door dog crate is sturdy & was super easy to assemble. It's heavy duty and looks like it should last a long time. The divider makes it easy to use from puppy up to adult dog size.
The best one yet. I have looked for a long time to find a cage that is well built with strong heavy gauge wiring. This one is superior to all of the newer cages in terms of wire thickness but still not as nice as earlier models for wire gauge.
We have had no issues with this kennel. We have a 75 pound husky/shepherd and she has plenty of room to lay and a bit more room to grow. I love how sturdy it is too.
I sent this create as a gift to Las Vegas for my son's 40lbs. French Bulldog.....lots room for little "Buddy to relax in. Adding a doggie pillow was even more comfort!! 1negative the pull out tray was cracked upon arrival. Overall happy with purchase. "The doggie family"
Good value and perfect size for my 2 Boston Terriers. The dogs are sisters and one is 13 lbs. and the other 26 lbs. I was concerned it would be too small but is just the right size for both with room for them to stretch out and sleep.
