Mielle Honey and Ginger Styling Gel - 13 oz

Another winner for my hair. This gel dries clear and doesn't flake when I refresh my style a few days in. It's light and doesn't make my hair stiff once it dries, and my hair responds so well to it.

I loved it! I used it for my wash and go and my hair looks great and I did not experience that much shrinkage, while also not weighing my hair completely down. It is honestly the product I've been searching for, and I can't wait to continue using it to see if it will continue to be loved by me.

I have been using this product for years and I still love it. If you have curly hair and like your curls to bounce this is a good product

It smells so good and fresh. I love the pump. It offers medium hold, good curl definition for my 3c,4a pattern and works ok in the crown of my hair that is 4b. I dont experience flakes. I would purchase again.

Overall a really great product. It really helps define my curls! The only part or the product that stood out a lot was the smell. It wasn't bad, but smelled overwhelmingly like ginger. Of course the product will affect different hair types differently. All and all, a great product to me.

This is not for African American hair. This lady literally mixed glycerine and a bunch of other crap tgether and made this product. It's sticky and it's stinky. It provides very little hold for our hair. The creator seems to think it works better on were hair. Ah no. I'm not putting it on my hair at all. No thanks

Do not purchase this product if you love your hair. Made my hair extremely tangled, matted, and extremely dry! My hair was extremly hard to detangle. I've used previous styling gels and gels in the past and this is the first time I've had such a traumatic experiemce. Even after washing my hair in sections and rinshing out the gel my hair was still a dry tangled mess!!

The scent of this product was unpleasant enough to cause me to reshower and wash out of my hair and Gel was the very last step of my multi product regime. Not sure if I got a bad or expired batch, but I was very disappointed in the outcome. I would have preferred an unscented version to determine if the product met my needs over this option. I can only describe it as overly chemical and trying way too hard. (visualizing a cheap gas station bathroom deodorizer)
