Packaging was great but boxes were dented inside

My little one had all but two power rangers in his collection; the yellow and the pink. Upon arrival, all looked well. Packaged well, arrived quickly, but once opened, it was very apparent that the female rangers were not the same quality as the rest. The heads don't flip with the switch, you have to manually pull them back and forth, the paint chips with little to no effort, and they're smaller and less durable than every other figure in the collection..

The Yellow and Pink Ranger “Reignition” flip heads only work one way. From human head to Power Ranger, but does not go from Ranger to human. Green, Red, Blue and Black all work both ways.

The head don't flip like it's supposed to. All others were great but this one and the pink ranger. My son has been waiting so we won't be returning.

We just purchased and received this Yellow Power Ranger for our Nephew who is the Ultimate Power Ranger fan. Walmarts shipping and handling was great and we received it very timely manner. However, it's not a day old and already the flip head which all kids want to work, only flips in one direction. It may seem insignificant but to a 4 year old expert who knows how to Morph, it's a very big deal. I completely understand that it was inexpensive however, I would have hoped for a little more durability than just few hours from being unboxed.

we got other figures from another site and my son loves them. i was excited to find pink and yellow on walmart.com but theyre smaller than the other one's and the head does not flip like its supposed to on either of them. we will be returning unfortunately

I don't know why this is the case but both the yellow and pink ranger don't flip properly. All the male characters work without any issues but the females aren't the same quality as the male rangers. It's such a disappointment since my son has been waiting patiently to play with his power rangers and share with his sister for his birthday and these don't meet his expectation and he's 4.
