Not a 9 Invh Figure
The only reason we didn't leave 5 stars is that it is NOT a 9 inch figure like we had in the 90s- so it doesn't match well with our set of Power Ranger action figures from 1993.

This is a cool release. We didn't have a Rita Repulsa figure when I was a kid in the '90s. This one looks great. Now they just need a Squatt, Finster, and Scorpina to complete the season 1 regular villains.
