These patches really work!!! When you use them correctly, it honestly feels like magic. They help so much with reducing redness and keeping me from picking at pimples, which makes a huge difference. I love putting one on overnight and seeing how much better my skin looks by morning. Definitely something I keep stocked!

Wish I had these as a teen or even in my 20s or 30s. They are incredible. I've used other brands and none compare to the quality of these. Usually by the next day, the pimple is either flatten or the pus is brought to the top layer of skin. Even if you've already been messing with the pimple and picking at it, these patches heal it up beautifully so that there's no scarring. If you wear it for at least a good 8 hours, the pimple has usually healed.

They're amazing I had horrible breakout on my forehead that caused extreme swelling to where it looked like I hit my head. And it being in forehead it's tough terrain. I looked into everything and found these patches and it was like night and day difference. You know it working when the patch turns white.

I love these pimple patches! They truly absorb so much gunk out of your pimples overnight. It's so satisfying to wake up and see the gunk that it just pulled out of your face lol. I use the day time ones for when I'm going to be out in public. %26 the night time ones when I go to bed. I keep using them on the same pimple 2-3 nights. To ensure all of the gunk got absorbed. Otherwise it's like the pimple never goes away. When I put one on the pimple the third night and nothing was absorbed that's when I know it's done. So much better than popping your pimples! It's so bad to do that. Your fingernails and getting stuff into your pimple that just ends up making it so much worse. Using these, my pimples heal and go away so quick. And not messing with my pimples means there's no redness to see on my face. It's healing and the daytime ones blend into your skin. Can't even see them.

My son struggles with cystic acne. We used this on one of his new large zits that popped up. When I tell you after wearing the patch over night helped, it took it down by over half and it was very large. It has been just a week as of today and the zit we used it on is gone and is just a little red still from healing.We have tried other patches before and this has worked so much better than the others. I would definitely recommend these to anyone struggling with acne.

I'm a 40 yr old woman and I still break out. I do like these, they work at getting some of the zit gunk out and the stick good on clean skin, but they are kind of expensive for how many you get, so if you break out a lot and don't have the funds to keep purchasing these, then they might not be your best bet realistically. I've started a morning/ night skincare routine which hopefully helps. I use these sparingly/ moderately.

I keep these in the bathroom for those annoying whiteheads that pop up at the worst time. I wash my face, dry the spot, stick one on, and leave it overnight. By morning it's usually flatter and less angry-looking, and I'm not walking around with a red, picked-at mess because the patch stops me from touching it. They stay on well, but they don't hurt to remove. The 72-count pack is nice because I don't have to ration them—if I need one, I use one. Small note: they work best when the pimple is actually “ready” (you'll know). For me, this is one of those products that just does what it says, which is rare.

I've tried tons of pimple patches throughout the years, so I thought I would try these. I've heard about them before, and with the price, I assumed they would be worth it. First of all, there are only twenty-four (24) pimple patches in the pack. That wasn't an issue for me, but I feel like for $12, you should get way more, especially because you may use more than one at a time... on most nights that I used these, I was using four (4) to six (6) at a time. Therefore, you can easily get through this box in as soon as a week, depending on how many pimples you have. Second of all, these only work part of the time. After going through different brands for a few years, I've learned that there's bound to be some sort of flaw in a product. While these pimple patches did extract the pus from some of my pimples, this didn't happen with all of my pimples. Sometimes, when I would take the pimple patch off a pimple, I would notice the white area on the patch (like the box mentions), but upon taking it off, my pimple would still be full of pus. Which led me to either put another pimple patch on the area or pop it myself. Throughout my entire use of this product, I would either remove a patch to find pus from a pimple or oil from my face, which made the patch white, just as a zit does. If you want a product that helps remove oil from your face, I would use this. Only three (3) out of ten (10) times would this product reduce my zits, bring my blackheads to the surface, or help me with stubborn pimples that refused to pop. If you want a different product that can help you with your pimples, I'd suggest using Panoxyl; I've been using it since I was in high school, and it helps. However, it's their face scrub that helps me, not their pimple patches.

I used these in a pinch while waiting for an order of a brand I prefer, and these are extremely subpar. They're thick, so not very flexible, and come off easily, and each time I remove once its full of gunk, the pimple is not finished and never heals. The brand I prefer knocks zits out in one (maybe 2) patches, whereas I flew through this pack in a week just trying to battle something it should've healed.
