Works surprisingly well!
These work surprisingly well. I have had weekly migraines for years, and nothing except a triptan works to stop them in their tracks. They work about 80% of the time, I would say, but you need them on both sides of your temporal area to get the best results. They aren't perfect, but better than anything else I have ever tried!
