It's good quality and it's quite strong. I'm 200 lbs and it goes up to 18 miles per hour. Really happy with the purchase!

The scooter was just as described. We were unable to keep the scooter, but was able to return it and get a refund with no problem.

Powerful enough to go up hills easily with a good battery life. The basket is a great addition for groceries or my backpack.

Its a solid and smooth ride but there were some issues with the scooter that keep me from giving 4 or 5 stars. Primarily, as many other reviews have said, it does not have nearly as long of a travel distance as marketed. It barely made the 2 mile trip to work and back, and died right before I got home. Carrying the charger with me and plugging it in whenever I have the chance while traveling seems like the best option. At least the charger is relatively lightweight. There were a few more minor issues, like the instruction handbook being pretty unclear as well as being full of grammer issues. The throttle is akwardly placed and takes a while to adjust to. It is foldable, but not easily transportable while folded as its still quite heavy and the odd weight distribution while its folded make lifting it difficult. Finally, I recieved it with the bell snapped in half, which I realized was due to the bell's base being installed upside down. I was able to fix it with glue and a screwdriver. Overall, it does work for what I got it for (commuting to work) but I'm lucky I live within its already low travel distance.

I recently purchased this scooter, expecting it to meet the specifications and performance promised in the advertisement. Unfortunately, it falls short in several areas. The speed and battery life are significantly less than advertised, making it impractical for my needs. Additionally, the build quality feels subpar and not as durable as described. Overall, I am very disappointed with this purchase and feel that the product was misrepresented. I cannot recommend this scooter to others based on my experience.

Sadly the drop on the price tells alot, it came with 4 different damages and seller is avoiding emails to make a Return and so I can also get my refund… Dont buy this, trust me'
