Came well packaged and fully charged so tried it immediately. It's solid, very heavy and the wheels are impressive. Riding is good once you get your balance as the board itself is sturdy. The lights add a “cool” factor and make you visible if you're riding at night. I'm not sure yet how long the battery will last before needing to recharge but between riding indoors(I may never walk again lol)and outdoors it's close to three hours. I would say this hoverboard is build solid and fun to ride so should use for a long time.

I bought this for a gift, so can't rate the battery life. My granddaughter wanted one of these and the price was really good . Hopefully it's exactly what she wanted

Bought it for Christmas for my 10 year old grandson. I also purchased the suggested off road kart to make it a Go kart. That's exactly how he uses it. He loved it!!!

I got these for my kids because we live out in the country and I wanted them to have something that they could ride outside with and this hover board exceeded my expectations. Great quality and battery life, a little heavy for the little ones but totally worth the price!

Hoverboard vibrates and difficult to ride with children under 8 year old average size.

The barcode you scan on the box does not work so you have to hook your phone straight up to your hover board that I feel like you pay too much money because you hover board does not hook up to the RQ code that's on the box are y'all need to fix it or give people money back?

This is for a 7 year old. I connected a buggy to it. The battery lasts less than one hour. It takes five hours to charge. It doesn't allow this child to use it for more than an hour at a time. I think this unit is defective. We opened the box four days ago. We've used it 3 times in four days and each time battery runs out in about an hour and starts beeping after 45 minutes. Very disappointed.

If you weigh anywhere near 220lb DO NOT buy this hoverboard. This claims to support that weight and also be off-road capable. The jokes on us I guess. Just because the weeks are bigger doesn't mean it's for off-road. It lacks the power and torque needed for the weight.
