Other then the remote not working, my wife and I love this machine. It works exactly as they said it would. And the variety of things it does makes it that much better. I'm so glad I paid a little more and got the best. Would recommend this to anyone. It really does the job.

Worth every single penny! It has so many different massage features that you can customize to exactly what you want. I usually start at my feet and then move up to my calves. Its so great after a long day of being on my feet! I love it! Adding it to my nightly routine

This foot massager and Shiatsu Machine is hands down the best one I have ever owned. I have had foot pain for years and have bought both cheap and very high end massagers. NOTHING COMPARES to the Miko Foot Massager/Shiatsu Machine. The machine seems to take my feet or calves and gives them exactly what is needed. I am able to get a truly deep massage with the multi-pressure settings. I love the heat and DEEP kneading. I now have neuropathy in my feet and this machines relieves so much of my pain. Afterwords I feel relaxed and pain free. My family cannot get over what an astounding machine this is. It is well worth the price and I recommend the Miko Massager to anyone!

Appears to be solidly built. Air pressure is very firm, and the different application of rolling and tapping combined with the side-to-side of the air chambers keeps it from getting monotonous. Can wear socks to make it more gentle on your feet, and moving your feet up and down targets different parts of the bottom of your feet. The rollers can be turned off if only air massage is desired. However, it appears that only the speed of the different programs is affected when changing the settings (see pic), no actual difference detected in the programs. Handy support rail rotates to accommodate different seating positions, and even allows for massage of calves (see pic). Overall, a good way to relieve some stress points on your feet. Won't replace a really good masseuse, but does do the trick for when one isn't available.

This is the best I ever had my kids and I love it, it's easy to use and the settings are not difficult I just plugged mines up and press the start w/o me setting it

I tried this machine at my parents over Thanksgiving and loved it so much I asked for it as my Christmas present. I’m so excited for the foot and calf massage!!! As a runner, I’m always wishing I had the time and money to get massage more. Problem solved with MAS II!

This Shiatsu foot/calf massager is truly worth the money. I had foot surgery and felt amazing after the first session. I can position it to do my calves. The pressure bags feel soo good when the rollers are kneading. Love the heat to loosen those muscles. Miko Shiatsu does it all. Five Stars Miko.

needs a remote. hands down. feels great. Purchased this and one on Amazon to see if there was a difference. Amazon's Could massage was exact machine, different name and logo, but even the packaging was the same. This just cost less. Air pressure is has different variation pressure on left, then right, then whole foot . the rollers massages the whole foot, not just go up and down, but rolls your foot around and massage and squeezes it. Vibration is on the heel. Lift the heel and get a deep massage on ball of the foot. Calf and leg massage is not as strong. barely feel the roller. I was even able to get the top of my foot and ankle massaged. I was able to use it in bed... but really needed the remote. It is very big and bulky. Heavy too. Handles move with ease, just flip the switch to the side. really needs remote. going to return this one and get one with remote, hope the one with remote works exactly like this one. It would be the perfect machine. oh yes, it vibrates and shakes the whole floor.

This machine is very heavy duty, and seems well made. We have only had it since, Christmas, so unable to attest to its longevity. My biggest complaint is that there are just not enough settings. You can adjust the air pressure (which is a great feature) between 6 settings, but the heat is only high or low (and the high is not very warm at all), and the Shiatsu is powerful and feels great, but it is either off or on. The vibration is annoying and loud yet does not add any value in my opinion. Thankfully, it can be turned off. We will keep it because I researched quite a few other choices, and overall, this one seems to be of the best quality. But, if I knew there was a better machine, with more variable settings, I would probably return this.
