Miko Ibuki Home Air Purifier with Multiple Speeds Timer True HEPA Filter, Wildfire Smoke, Allergens, Odors 925 SQFT Coverage

I received my Miko 2 months ago and have used it continuously. I was very happy with the product and how quiet it is in our bedroom. All at once it has started with a ticking noise that is too obnoxious to sleep with. I have reported this to the company and am hoping for a solution.

Once I unscrewed the bottom, took off the plastic around the filter, and screwed the bottom back on, it got stuck. No more unscrewing was possible. The unit also didn't turn on at all, which may be related to the bottom. Most likely a design flaw. I'm returning the unit for a refund.

We have owned many air purifiers and wow ... this is so quiet compared to others we have had!! We just got it a bit ago ... hubby plugged it in, after taking plastic off filter and went into shock at the quietness. He added 3 drops of peppermint oil and it's a nice light scent. Obviously, we will need to have it for awhile to get a better idea of it's efficiency. 👍

I plugged this air purifier in and when I powered it on, I immediately started to hear the brushes in the motor grinding. It sounded like someone constantly sharpening a knife. I let it run for about 10 minutes thinking it would stop but it didn’t. This brand… just don’t do it.

This air purifier arrived well-packaged, is exactly as described, has easy to use instructions and seems to work well. It isn't the usual ugly unit that air purifiers used to look like, so it blends into the room. After just three days of use, we are breathing better as we sleep. It is very quiet, so if you need a unit to provide white noise to block out street traffic, this may not be the best purifier to purchase. If you need a really quiet environment to sleep or due to hearing-aids, you will be happy with this purifier.

This is the 2nd one I have owned. The first one lasted a little over a year. This one didn’t even last 2 days. The company has excellent customer service. But the product stinks

It worked for less than 3 months. When i changed the filter like it says to do at 3 months i noticed the sticker covering the screw on the inside had been ripped. When went to turn the machine back on the power button didnt work. I can no longer get it to turn on. I do not recommend.

1. I purchased several storage containers of the brand, Better Homes and Gardens. They were not packaged correctly so 2 of them were cracked upon arrival. 2. Returns are supposed to be free. FedEx charged me $4.56 to add extra packing to the box. So they wouldn’t be liable in case something happened during transit of the return. 3. My account has continuously shown that you are still waiting for receipt of the return. I have proof via the Fed Ex website that you received it 2 days after it was shipped. 4.I called customer service and advised them of the proof I had of Walmart receiving the return. A rep put me on hold forever. She finally advised me that yes they should record of receipt of the return. She assured me that she would have my account updated and the replacement items shipped to me. This was over 10 days ago and my account stills says replacement is on hold awaiting receipt of return. This is ridiculous!!! Either send me the replacement pieces ASAP or refund my money and I will shop elsewhere. .

There was a fire down the block from my home and the smell of it was entering my home. I had a newborn at the time and remembered I bought this on sale! It cleared out all the smell of the fire! It was a relief. It works amazing and I have used it multiple times and never fails. So happy with the purchase!

THIS ITEM IS A PIECE OF USELESS CRAP. IT DOESN'T EVEN COME CLOSE TO DOING, WHAT IT PROFESSES TO BE ABLE TO DO. FAN MOTOR IS NO WHERE NEAR STRONG ENOUGH TO ATTRACT AND FILTER ANYTHING. IT IS HOWEVER, VERY GOOD AT SPREADING YOUR ALLERGENS AND DUST AROUND YOUR HOUSE. MY VERY CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT WAS DUST FREE UNTIL STARTED USING THIS USELESS PIECE OF JUNK. GOOD FOR NOTHING MORE THAN A PLANT STAND. JUNK AT ITS FINEST.
