I've had this now for about a month and it's better than expected. Well built, solid and can perform so many exercises that I couldn't previously. For me being able to work my back consistently was the main selling point, but it adds a ton a versatility to pretty much any muscle group. Well worth the investment @ $699. The price I paid anyway at the time of purchase.
First off, the cable towers themselves are fantastic! Very smooth and well build. They do the job greatly! Second, MIKOLO as a company are fantastic, their customer support is top notch!!! FedEx screwed the pooch big time Lost one package for over a week Walmart was zero help, and FedEx had no clue. Smh….. MIKOLO themselves were great, they messaged me back everyday to get the problem solved. Honestly I couldn't ask for better support!!! To me they are great company and I will definitely do business with them again!!! Thanks MIKOLO
Great item. Arrived much quicker than expected. Works very well for what I needed for a small space. Directions were fairly straightforward and took me about 2.5 hours to put it together by myself.
It is the quality in each of the pieces, I promise you will not be disappointed!
Very good unit. The item arrived in two shipments. Assembly was fairly easy. ( I knew how to run cables because I had a similar machine that used weight plates.) Some points. Install foot pegs and put bolts into bottom of the bars that hold the weight stack before bolting the unit to the wall. Then put on the top piece and bolt that in. I bought some square washers to help secure the bolts to the frame that mounts to the stud. I also replaced the nylon pulleys with aluminum ones as they are smoother. The unit is solid. Only one complaint is it is impossible to use the weight stack pin when going to 210 from the front. The metal piece that holds the cable to the bottom of the frame is in the way. You can put the pin in from the back. This is only a problem if using the entire 210 lbs. The cast iron weights themselves are good quality. The foot plates for lower rows are solid. Also this unit has the same measurements as BOS that is much pricier. That means you can use attachments that one would by for the BOS unit. Etsy has a tower cable fly attachment that will mount and adjust for height allwoing you to do wide cable flies, etc.. If you are serious about working out and want a good quality wall mount pulley with a cast iron weight stack then buy this unit. It is hundreds below others and is more than adequate for a good home gym.
The Mikolo Cable Crossover Machine is a 5 star. It is very well made and works very well. I would highly recommend this item. The dislike I have is I wish it came with a workout wall chart. Other than that, the machine great!!
Very high quality cable tower with thick 12 gauge steel and the built-in selectorized steel weight stack makes it quick and easy to change your weight mid-workout, no plates, no hassle, just use the pin to select your weight. Also, the Mikolo customer support was excellent as they promptly resolved a FedEx issue. I highly recommend this seller and this high quality product.
Merchandise are earlier than expected was except the the weights didn't arrive with tower got in contact with sellers and they were great/quick in responding weights arrived 2 days later other than that all was good so I do recommend this product to everyone 😊
Terrible customer service. I had to reach out multiple times to get any compensation after my package was repeatedly marked “out for delivery” for three days but never arrived. When it finally did, it was left two buildings away, torn open with scratched items inside. The $80 refund they eventually offered doesn't come close to covering the inconvenience and damage. Extremely frustrating experience.
Saint would be a week to get, took way longer. It didn't even ship together so now I have half of the item and most importantly the key part hasn't shipped and can't get anyone to answer any questions without get a fake bot thru texting option. Literally NOT USEABLE. So frustrating for the cost $$$
