Mikolo Lat Pulldown Machine, Multifunction Row Cable Fitness Equipment with Flip-up Footplate and Plates Storage Posts

Easy to put together. I have used for a few months and various attachments and all workouts were smooth. I would definitely purchase from this brand in the future.

Great lat machine for the price. Good quality, easy to put together and great for a smaller space. Just what I was looking for

I'm really enjoying this machine I use it for triceps pull downs and it works well and is spacious not to big for my gym I'm trying to slowly build. For a cheaper option this is a good buy.

Easy to install. Perfect addition to home gym.

This machine is one of the best pieces of equipment I have in my home gym it was a asset to my equipment

Great machine for price. Easy to put together. Appears to work great. Would highly recommend this machine.

Excellent value for the price. Versatile machine that allows you to work different tricep and bicep variations, back and lat movements. Good quality manufactured parts and good assembly instructions made putting the machine together simple.

Okay I will say I was not expecting a lot with the price but did not have a lot of room so figured I would give it a shot. So glad I did. Machine was easy to put together. Love it when you don't have to spend hours figuring out how put something together. Now hears the best part, you put on the weights and it is such a smooth glide up and down. No noise, no clicking just easy smooth movement. Again another piece of equipment that is inexpensive yet shows up to perform.

Pros: It fits in a 7 Ft basement. Easy to do several workouts. Great weight capacity for the price. Frames were solid and stable for downward pull exercises. Mostly quiet pulleys. Minimal space claim. Cons: Only comes with 2 very low quality attachments. Recommend buying an extra set somewhere with other attachments. 2 out of 6 pulleys makes a noise. It's not loud or concerning, but it'd be almost quiet without this. Upward pull exercise (bicep curl) can fairly easily lift front end. Installation instructions were pretty good except the last few. The cable needs to be fed through before installing the highest pulley. The seat is not great, but it works. Would be nice if it came with some ropes or other cable attachments. It could use a weight storage that would've helped with additional stability.

Solid home gym performance for good price. Smoothness of the pulley systems is pretty good. I'm 6' and wish it provided just another inch or so of stretch but can alleviate that by leaning back some. Assembly was pretty simple. Bar attachments are definitely low end but upgrades can be purchased elsewhere for not a lot of money. I already had some so was not a disappointment Overall happy with addition to the home gym.
