Mikolo Linear Row Machine, Plate-Loaded Back Workout Machine for Home Gym, Linear Bearing Back Row Machine for Lat & Upper Back Strength Training, S7

A quality, low cost way to exercise back muscles. Mikolo has a great lineup of vale products that Walmart has great prices on. My second Mikolo purchase from Walmart. Fairly easy assembly.

I've been really happy with the Mikolo Linear Row Machine. For the price, it's a great value and feels solid during workouts. The movement is smooth, it feels stable, and I can really feel it working my back without putting me in an awkward position. Assembly was pretty straightforward, and once everything was tightened down, the machine felt sturdy. I also like that I can load it up and get a good heavy back workout without needing a commercial gym machine. Overall, I'm very satisfied with it. If you're building a home gym and want a solid row machine without spending a fortune, I think this is a great option for the money.

Good quality, compac machime for the price.

This is a must have for a home gym! Very smooth and really works the back! Has a lot of versatility with the many grip options! Looks great and is solid! Love it! Chest supported really helps take the strain off lower back for rows! Easy to assemble most of it is already assembled! Great price on this!

I have been looking for a small row machine that fit with tight space in my garage. I don't need to go to the gym anymore. I can max out this machine to work on my lat.

Very well built and solid machine at a great price. Light and easy to move as needed and provides a great workout.

Excellent machine, shipping was right on time.

It's great for the price but a plate eater. To be expected. It is well built and it shipped quickly. It doesn't take much space and is a nice addition for a home gym. I recommend it.

Overall very happy with the S7. It has some need for upgrading and it's well documented, but overall it is a welcomed edition for my garage gym. I tuck it away inside my 6 post rack when not in use as the wheels make it easy. Get yourself a 45 degree pair of swissie handles and you have some great angles to hit the back. Well worth the $$

The holes dont align because certain parts were welded backwards. Packaged horribly and covered in damages. Poor quality control. I was excited about this, but now I have a giant heap of junk that will be impossible to package back up and return
