Mikolo Power Rack Cage, 1200LBS Weight Cage with 800LB Capacity Adjustable Weight Bench, 1500LB Capacity Barbell and 230LB Black Plate set

This item has far exceeded our expectations. It is very well made with sturdy metal support sides to ensure it doesn't bend against excessive force. It took two people maybe an hour and a half to put together - it definitely helps to organize the pieces before starting. My husband specifically likes the Olympic lunge bar on the side and I'm a big fan of the safety features for benching. Very impressed with the quality and features of this set.

This is a great gym. The shipping is strange, does not match up to tracking number and is sent in a total of 7 boxes if you buy the weights. it says 11 boxes in the discription. Also the parts are not clustered together in each box, so open all the boxes to search.

My two sons and I built this in about 6 hours after purchasing it a few weeks ago. The instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. One of the screw holes was misaligned which caused us a significant slow down. Once we solved that, the rest was smooth sailing. We've worked out multiple times already and the equipment works as advertised. We've enjoyed training as a family and following Mikolo videos on YouTube. One final issue, the dimensions of the barbell were not advertised and, unfortunately, it is longer than the machine itself by a healthy margin. This caused us to have to reconfigure our gym and move around other equipment, including our treadmill.

About the only good thing about this is the weight set although they do smell very strong of a chemical rubber smell and it still has not gone away, this could just be how they are never had rubber weights before but the smell is very strong made my whole garage smell like chemical rubber. Bench Would not trust its max weight of 800 lbs for safety reasons, very cheaply made, not suited for larger people, 6ft 4 here 350, does not seem safe to use at my size, had 45 lb dumbbells and my weight on it thought for sure it was going to collapse. I actually purchased another bench because I felt so unsafe using this one. Cage Was missing bolts and clips when I put it together, seems to be stable only holding the 370 lbs of weight thus far so not sure if it will hold the 1200 I don't plan to test it capabilities for safety concerns. Overall The weight set is nice and for someone just trying to get a simple workout in this could be ok but if you're looking for a really hard or heavy workout, I would go with something different. 370 Lbs of Rubber weights was nice but it's really hard to get over the smell that came with them, very overwhelming when working out, bench well they could have just kept that it is total garbage in my opinion. Was simple to put together but was missing some parts, took me about 2 hours to get it together Overall I would not recommend, I think there are some safety concerns I have with the set up that if I was advising a beginning person I would suggest they go with another set up, I would not recommend testing the max weight on any part of the set up but if your just looking for a light cost effective workout and can stand the rubber smell, this set might work for you. The Red and Black bench in my overall picture is not the one that comes with the system, the picture of the bench by itself is, you can see the quality difference.
