Amazing power cage. Installation was easy, my only recommendation would be to add silicone spray lubricant on the poles where the weights slide, maybe even to the pole where the pulleys slide too, makes it feel way more smooth. Other than that, it's a 10/10

I love this thing it arrived 3 days early. Built it in a few hours but instructions are easy to follow . Very strong. pull ups are comfortable. Highly recommend

cage is good quality for price. Assembly took a few hours, was pretty easy with surprisingly good instruction manual. overall, very satisfied with purchase.

overall, this machine gets the job done. The first issue i had was I had to purchase silicone lubricant for the bar to move smoothly on the rods. Second issue the rods have a lot of movement when you use the smith machine. The third issue is that the machine squeaks while do pull-ups.
