Smooth and shiny!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Milani's baked highlighters go on smooth and leave you with a buildable blinding pop if that is what you want. I usually wear it more diffused with a fluffy fan brush. It doesn't emphasize pores the way others do.
