MILANI Bold Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette

Most Loved Mattes, for real! This palette is highly pigmented, has surprisingly minimal fallout, and stays on and in place with hardly any creasing on my old eyelids. I applied over the e.l.f. eye primer and a very light coat of the NYX HD concealer. The compact has a mid-range luxury feel; the sharp edges could have been smoothed for a more upscale feel, but that may have raised the price...? I paid $15 for the palette I purchased and it is the best price I found anywhere. I have plenty of shimmers, pearls, and metallics, and as I am starting to contend with fine lines and wrinkles, I need more mattes in my repertoire to avoid highlighting the problem areas. This formulation compares almost equally to my Tarte eyeshadows, and the colors are just as nice (the Tarte shadows are somewhat silkier, of course - that's one of their claims to fame). These shadows blend really well, they're silky and finely milled, and they build as well as high end shadows, too. I really put them to the test on this rainy day today, and I even cried a bit reading the news this afternoon, but my shadow didn't budge. Even the color I applied as a liner held on tight. I have allergies to a lot of makeup and this shadow hasn't bothered me one bit. I feel silly for never giving Milani shadows a chance before now; I could have saved so much money over the years!

If you are like me it takes a good 40 minutes or more to put on a full face of makeup. So the last thing you want to do is sit there building up your eyeshadow. This palette delivers high quality results at a drug store price. All eye shadow is powdery but some are worse than others. This is not a great offender. I must confess it did fall out of the bag on my way to the car. Yes, some shades broke/cracked but none of them exploded. It was easy to clean and I repaired the shades that were cracked with some rubbing alcohol. It still performs as expected and I am happy to have this palette in my collection.

Looooove this pallet. It is so pigmented and all colors blend together wonderfully. I bought this to do my wedding makeup but am loving all the different combinations I've been able to come up with so far. Perfect for a night out or just a day look.

I have so many eye shadow palettes by designer brand but this is hands down my favorite one and go to one out of all of them. The colors are absolutely beautiful and they go on great!!

I like the way the eye shadow goes on, smooth and covering thoroughly where I want it covered. I didn't like that an eye brush was not included. Over all though, I'm happy with the product.

this is the only eyeshadow palette I need in my collection! it is perfect for an everyday look or a glam one, 10/10 recommend!

The colors in this palette are soft, sultry and beautiful. They last all day on your eyelids without creasing.

This eye palette is beautiful the colors are amazing. The eyeshadow palette are great for any season. The only thing I dislike is the price.
