MILANI Gilded Ember Eyeshadow Palette

I love these colors, they are very pigmented. And they stay on

The colors are amazing and highly pigmented and buildable. I love that nearly all of the colors compliment each other except this forest green why is that even in there?? The rest of the shades are golds earth tones and peachy tones so whyyyy that green? Other than that I love this pallet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this palette to try in exchange for my honest review. I've never used Milani eyeshadows before. As someone with oily skin, it's importation to find quality eyeshadows that don't crease because I don't always wear a primer on my lids. I was pleasantly surprised with this palette! I'm a melanin woman and usually wear browns so BRANCH OUT, SPRUCE UP, ROAD TO NOWHERE and TAKE A HIKE were my go tos in this palette. BRANCH OUT is such a gorgeous transition color and blends like a dream! ENJOY THE VIEW was a pretty color to put right underneath the arch of my brow for a little bit of drama. The palette has quite a few green and pink shades, which aren't really my cup of tea, but I'm looking forward to experimenting with them a little more. Really happy with this palette!

I've been on the hunt for a dupe for the UD Wild West palette. Although this palette has some pinks (an added bonus, IMO), it is a close dupe for the UD palette at a fraction of the cost. Maybe not an exact dupe, but it certainly has the same vibe. For that alone, it's worth the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This palette is just gorgeous. The gilded terra palette tints are so pure. I haven't tried all of the shadows, but so far the colors have good color payoff. I can see myself using this palette often and it's such a great price. Good job Milani!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very surprised by how pigmented these colors were. I felt a little bit went a long way. I loved almost all the colors. It's definitely a palette that allows you to create different looks depending on the time of day. You can create a simple eye look for the daytime and a very dramatic look for the nighttime. I recommend this to anyone who wants to buy a very well-rounded color palette. I tend to leans towards the browns, orange and gold, I feel like those are the colors that best suit me.

Colors are true to picture. Wish it had a brush though.
