The gloss goes on smoothly and in a minute you will start to feel the tingling hot sensation on your lips. It feels like eating hot sauce. This sensation remains while you wear it. It does go down but you can still feel it. I do not find it uncomfortable. Some people may find it uncomfortable. I tried the shade In The Dims, which is a nice plummy shade. Gorgeous color! Big doe foot applicator. Easy to apply on lips. Shiny but not wet looking. If you can handle the sting, you will like this gloss plumper.

Nice color, beautiful formula howerever as this is my first lip plumping product i was surprised at how "spicy" this product feels on my lips. I am hesitant to kiss my husband or babies when wearing this product.
