Milani Stay Put Matte Eyeliner, Black Matte

This eyeliner does exactly what it says. I've tried the more high end eyeliners and they don't compare to this one. I apply it in the morning and it literally "stays put" till I take it off at night. This is my third purchase of the product.

I love this eyeliner. Goes on w/ease, dries fast and lasts all day long. What more can you ask for?! Actually, I know - I wish it was available at more retail stores; I typically only find the black :( anyhow. Overall this eyeliner is wonderful. I've had trouble with other liquid eyeliner drying up in the container whereas this one does not.

I like the matte finish, although it can be a little more brown. I wish there was one light than espresso. The description does match the espresso colour. I like that it's not waterproof because it's my everyday wear and I wouldn't want to be scrubbing it off everyday, this one comes off with water which is great for everyday.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] as someone who has suffered from having the worst taste possible in eyeliner selection my entire life, i can confidently say that this liner has single-handedly rescued me from my the housefire of my runny-eyed past. the tip of the wand is flared but stiff, allowing for fun, calligraphic strokes, but also perfect precision, making this the holy grail for beginners and experts alike. even my tiny knee corners have never been sharper, taylor swift approved. i can confirm that this is perfectly waterproof and dries at a pace that allows for quick fixes if you made a mistake yet also guarantees zero smudging. as a happy medium between all specialized eyeliners, the milani matte is the goldilocks formula and a must-have to elevate your makeup odyssey.

Was looking to find a replacement for the discontinued Infinite 24 hour liquid liner and this didn't even come close. I have oily lids and smudges/rubs off in the middle of the day. Even tried an eyelid primer, powder, applying the liner, and more powder. I also tried the non-waterproof version and didn't notice a difference between the two. Stayed better than The Tank liner from Milani. Please bring back the Infinite 24 Hour liquid liner! Only thing that stays put.

The ink itself is AMAZING. It lasts almost as long as their discontinued infinite wear liner. Only 2 stars because the felt tip is horrible: if you have any lotion, primer, shadow, whatever on your lids prior to putting the liner on, it will mess up the felt tip and will be very difficult to apply. 10 stars if they'd make it a brush applicator.
