Love.
This is my favorite go to eyeliner. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. The tip is perfect. Glides nicely. Nice and dark. Lasts and does not smudge.

I love Milani. I just need a truly waterproof eyeliner and she can't do what I need. Im also older so the felt tip didn't help but for a younger person this would probably work. It is a very good color. If only it stayed as well as I had hoped.

NOT WATERPROOF AT ALL!
This is the worst eyeliner I've ever used. Did not set or dry. Is not waterproof AT ALL. The regular 17hr is much better and I will go back to that as this product was a huge disappointment. Would NOT recommend.
