Milescraft 1316 CabinetMate - Shelf Pin Drilling Jig

This jig sure made it easy for me to put some adjustable shelves into my new lathe stand! No measuring, no checking for level, no fighting to hold things in place. Just set the jig down, pick which set of holes you want to use, hold it against the workpiece with your hand and start drilling evenly spaced holes. I'm really glad to have this thing, and I will be building more adjustable shelving into my future projects - something that I have avoided up until now.

The CabinetMate is made for beginners or pros! This product is super easy to use. I have already tried it twice and love it! The drill bit is sharp and makes clean holes. This product can be used for the workshop or DIY. I will be putting in a shelf to set some pictures on in an entertainment center and this product is going to be great to have for that project! This is one of my favorite products of Milescraft!

This is an incredibly easy to use, well-thought out product and -- once you've used it -- it's an indispensable tool for anyone building cabinets with adjustable shelves!

I had only one occasion to use the Cabinetmate and although it worked well, not enough experience to recommend it.

Just opened the package: first thing I noticed is really low quality plastic packaging. The kind that shatters when you open it. Next: the plastic case that holds the bit will clearly break. It's very low quality plastic. Last: the included self centering bit is obviously bent and shakes side to side when running. Drilled one hole and it left it sloppy/loose. I wish I hadn't bought this.
