Alright, Ive owned fancy printers with bells and whistles and there great but if your looking for something that is not only affordable but also can be on the go with you at all times this is it. It only prints black and white and the paper is a little pricey but for a printer you can pull out of your bag anywhere at all and print something it's a no brainer. It's great for documents and I've even used the few pieces of tattoo transfer paper that came with it for a couple of friends. It's super easy to connect through the app and super easy to use. The printer aligns the paper for you and you just share your document and press print and wala youve got a printed document in seconds. No ink, no toner and best of all no hassle.

Absolutely love this thermal printer I've already printed out a return label for a rug I'm sending back and it worked great took me maybe 10-15 minutes to get the app %26 print. I do however have a couple questions like do I have to have the thermal paper exactly the size of the printer or can I use smaller thermal sticker paper? I'll contact the seller if I don't find it in the instruction book that came with But anyways I'd also like to say thank you for the very fast shipping and delivery. Highly recommend

It is a little hard to get the app on my laptop and when I did I could not get it to print. I do have the app on my phone. The quality of the printed material is not the best

I never had an issue with it. It is easy to use on phone, I havent tried it with a computer. I just wish it would print a bit darker and better.

This printer works ok once you figure out app to use with it. I bought it to print a few pictures from my phone. However, it prints a full page and it usually gets hot before the full picture is printed and you have to let it cool down. Cannot adjust picture size. But it was reasonably priced for no more than I'm going to use it. And you also have to buy recommended paper for it which about $15.00 for 200 sheets. I haven't got around to printing any word documents.

I bought the thermal printer as a way to save on having to buy ink. When I received my purchase, I was very excited about using the product. I wanted to use it for it's USB features on my PC offline but was not able to download the Driver. I ended up having to download an App to my phone and using the printer as a Bluetooth device, which is not the reason why I bought it. Since I had so much trouble from not being able to download a Driver for this product, I would not recommend it to be used offline. While using it as a Bluetooth device, it took me a while to learn how to use the App because it gave instructions for using a M8 rather than the M9 model that I purchased. Even though I was able to figure it out, I would rather have a more up to date version. Otherwise, it is a good product. I'm looking for to printing my documents without ink and saving some money.

I'm no stranger to tech but it took me AND Gemini 2 hours to work through the setup, From Google blocking the Chinese app more than once, to bluetooth disconnecting simply by backing out of the app, to the QR connection code not working to the poor positioning of the app controls, it was a mess. Finally got it working after multiple resets and phone settings but had to walk away from it for the night. Praying it works correctly tomorrow. Good news is when it finally worked it printed fine. Downloading an app and pairing a device should take 10 minites max so I dont recommend it.

Doesn't stay connected to Bluetooth tried with 3 different phones and my PC. Says it needed to download software connecting to a PC, good thing I have one because the advertisement never mentions that, only says it is easily connected to your mobile phone or tablet. Need to return.

This printer is terrible. It doesn’t work. Walmart won’t let me return it. Amazon would have let me return it. I will stick to Amazon from now on.

Not having ever used a thermal printer- I guess I expected it to be a lot better. The installation was pretty easy, but the instructions were printed so tiny I had to take a pic and blow it up to read. IDK if the paper is terrible quality or if the printer is junk but you can barely read what was printed- I was trying to print a return shipping label, but the marking is very light- idk if UPS store will accept it or make me print out using their systems- thus then I will be paying for the label- which is the whole entire reason I purchased this portable thermal printer. Maybe getting better paper will help- I just don't know. This may end up being another returned product.
