Perfect
I've posted pieces from this book on social media and have influenced multiple friends to buy it because of that! Even if you think poetry isn't your cup of tea, you should pick up this book.

Gave to Teenage daughter and she really enjoys poems and how inspiring, meaningful and thought provoking they are.

Short and direct poetry. Seemingly for women. Men can appreciate too- I do.

A beautiful, empowering read.

Exceeded expectations
The best poetry book I've ever read. It's absolutely heart wrenching and beautiful at the same time. I would recommend to people who are just not getting into reading/books/ or poetry. Truly a life changing book!

Did not live up to expectations
My teenaged daughter desperately wanted this book, so i got it for her. I opened that book with intention of spending a few minutes reading one or two press; however I quickly realized that it would take me no more than 15 to 20 minutes to thoroughly "read" the entire book. Each poem is actually more of status update. There were two that I found mildly interesting, but for the most part, I found the book to be rambling and disjointed. I would not recommend this to anyone. Now, having said all that, you must be wondering why i gave the rating of 2 stars rather than 1. Simple really, my daughter enjoyed that book, so that warrants a star.

Revisited Trauma
Revisited Trauma for me personally I didn't want to remember. Do not read this thinking it will heal you. It will re-traumatize you all over again.
