Phillips Milk of Magnesia works
I use this off and on. ForAll my life. Its not something you should use alot. But It Works. Use it when your staying at home where theres a toilet available. Usually I start needing it in about an hour. Depending on how much you took on how much you go for how long that day. You dont need to start out with the max dose. Start easy on yourself. But you sure feel better after words. You you havent pooped, you need to poop. You can put it in a glass of water if you dont like the taste. And it gives you the water you need to be replaceing in your system. Cause it liquifies your poop with your bodys water. So Drink water too.

Better safe than sorry!
This was an item of Just IN Case purpose. We all know the chalky taste but will do anything to feel better! Best to have on hand then to suffer with heartburn a moment longer than need - otherwise you will be ridiculously drowsy the next morning and nobody's friend!
