Medicine Man ( Sean Connery)
My favorite Sean Connery of them all! He looks more distinguished in his older age than he did when he was younger and played 007 in James bond. He was also in Indiana Jones and Last Crusades. However, He could not have played any better than he did as Robert Campbell in this one. The very best of his best! Story is fantastic, and the cast all played their parts perfectly! All kinds of action, brief humor and serious plot to save lives and enjoy the environment. A little nudity, as the Indians would be in their natural state in the Jungle. Maybe not the best for all kids, but very tolerable.

Great movie
I saw and loved this movie when it first came out. I rewatched it on television and had to acquire the DVD so I could share it with others. Everyone loves it. The personality clashes, settings, and especially the story are extremely well done. There is something in this movie for all adult age groups.

the cure is out there
know a real women who this doctor treated back in 70's had 3 or 4 weeks to live due to cancer. He gave her a bottle of pills to take one per day for a month. She went back to hospital 6 weeks later totally cancer free. lost contact but she is probably still alive

A Definite Collector's Item
I had watched this movie years ago when it first came out. I happened to come across it in the dvd section here on the Walmart site. Excellent!! I still love this movie, even more now because they don'[t make movies like this anymore.
