It's a towel ring - basic but appropriate to our needs

These are perfect for the price. Not the most expensive or high quality - but, they work well for a hand towel by the sink.

Color true - matches other items that have been purchased at different times. Looks nice in remodeled bathroom.

I was afraid these towel rings would be cheaply made because of the price but I was pleasently suprised. These towel rings are well built, easy to put up,

It will function. Somewhat lightweight but the nickel matches well. I'm docking a star because the tiny screw was pre-cinched more tightly than needed to hold the hardware for shipping and was hard to back out; I feared stripping it as it's very small, requiring a precision screwdriver set, all before it even got mounted.

This was a piece of plastic junk. They shouldn't even be charging $10 for it, let alone $24! The color wasn't as pictured either and I immediately returned. They need to update the description from “metal” to “plastic”. Not sure what everyone else has received who has given this item good reviews.

I received a different item then what i ordered. It was to be a straight screw in install not a bracket to screw in and the put the holder over it. i wanted it to match the one i already had. You need to update your picture or ship the correct item. very dispointed.

not easy to install

This item seems study enough but is much darker than my new kitchen hardware which is a very dark oil rubbed bronze. This is so dark it looks black. Ordered 2, one arrived with a scratch through the finish even though it was in hard plastic casing. That is a quality control issue. Too much hassle to return.
