Great for moist heat
Worked just as it should. We soaked in hot water (in a clean sink) for a full 24 hours. Changing water several times. Soaking allows it to fully expand/hydrate. Once fully saturated (feels like firm gel) we heated in a large pot on the stove top to recommended temp. Do read your instruction booklet. Wrap in towel before application. Second heating we used microwave.
