This deadbolt was pretty easy to install, replacing the previous door lock. The lock and its electronics seem to work well so far.

Lock is aesthetically pleasing and was fairly easy to install. It is being used on the side door of the home and is perfect for what I needed. Have a bit of an issue lining the lock to work in the existing door jam - but going with it. Lost a screw and customer service was helpful and is sending a new one out.

Too tight.

MiLocks advertised that they had the electronic deadbolt in antique brass and I ordered four locks in antique brass. However, four brushed bronze locks were delivered to the house. I returned the four locks to Walmart and attempted to order the antique brass locks again with a note emphasizing that I needed antique brass. Lo and behold, four brushed bronze locks were delivered again to the house. Two times ordering antique brass and two times brushed bronze locks were delivered. Order sheet in the package didn't even match the SKU on product. I unfortunately paid for the insurance for the locks and I will most likely have to eat that cost.

Like others have said, this keypad lock arrived without keys. I called the "support" line multiple times but only got a recording saying no one could take my call. So I sent an email which, according to gmail, was undeliverable because the domain does not exist. Locks are useless without keys- returning!!
