Milton, 1/4" Compressed Air Desiccant Dryer Filter

I prefer using this than the one that you attach to your compressor, I can place it in my hose line without having to worry of losing pressure. It is easy to see when it needs to be replaced by the color change.

A must have for anyone doing painting if you do not have a compressor with an air dryer system. I have tried another brand that was much cheaper but they cut down the air flow . This filter maintains adequate air flow

Had to paint a body panel remotely in a remote location. Bought this to help with moisture. Worked well for what little I used it for. Would purchase definitely again!

Prevents those unexpected paint issues caused by moisture. A few bucks to save $$$ in repaint costs where spending $$$ on professional equipment is not practical..

I use this with a plasma cutter and it works great to dry the air. Consumables last much longer when I use these.

Product arrived superbly packaged and exactly as described. Have yet to use but anticipate no problems.

A great added layer of protection when painting

I do furniture refinishing and need dry air to spray finish. These mini dryers work well but do load up pretty fast in humid conditions.so I found if I use 2 filters in line the second one catches what the first one misses. This is a good cheap way to have dry air, the air drying systems can be expensive.

I picked up a plasma cutter and needed to make sure the air going to the tool was dry. I setup one of these filters and it seems to do the job. I would give 5 stars if the body was a little more sturdy, it seems like you could snap the fittings out if you hit it wrong.

I do a lot of spray painting and now need something for my Miller Plasma cutter. Someone wrote a reveiw and said these dryers did a great job especially if you don't have an air dryer hooked into the system. Apparently the air dryers are not totally understood. They remove moisture out of large volumes of air but if you have rigid piping and flex air hose after it you still get condensation which starts immediately after the piping leaves the dryer so a trap is still needed and a in-line dryer like these for painting and high dollar equiptment. These fill up to fast but are worth their weight in Gold but also cost that. If you are billing a job out no problem, if it is for yourself or a freind(s) they get rather expensive but saves your paint job and high end machines. I would think that they could engineer them to last longer without giving up any of it's great function, Please try to the Manufacturer.
