Repeatable and accurate!
- I usually test my new pressure gauge against a gauge that is "known good". I bought several of these Northern Tool gauges and they all tested both accurate as well as repeatable. In other words, each gauge read the same pressure over and over again. Impressive.

Makes it easier to measure tire pressure
I bought this expecting it to be of higher quality than the other gauges I own, and because it can measure higher pressures. What I didn't expect is that it is much easier to use. With the others, if I don't get the angle just right while fitting the head down on the stem, I am letting air out of the tires instead of getting a reading. Sometimes I have to try 2-3 times per tire. With this gauge, I don't have that problem. It fits tight the first time.

tire gauge
Seems to be accurate and works well. Made in USA - that's a +. I will say that these use to be made out of steel and brass when I was a kid and they are made cheaper now. The number part of the gauge seems a bit wobbly and is made of plastic but then it is $7 too. I'd have gave $20 if it was made out of steel and brass like the old ones though.
