This is a complaint against WALMART, and NOT against the VENDOR.
The product worked well and functioned as advertised.
But when I attempted to make another purchase from Walmart using the same debit card, Walmart flagged the transaction and refused to accept my debit card. No explanation, no telephone number to dispute, no email address to contact. Just a refusal to accept my previously used debit card.
I contacted the vendor who sold me the items--I asked if there was a problem with the purchase on their end and they replied that they had no knowledge of any problem with the transaction.
I did not want to spend an hour trying to find the Walmart department that caused this wrongful flagging of my debit card. So I just decided I will not be purchasing anymore at Walmart.com
SO I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THIS DOWNGRADED RATING IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE VENDOR WHO PROVIDED A GOOD PRODUCT--IT IS AGAINST WALMART BECAUSE WALMART WRONGFULLY FLAGGED MY DEBIT CARD AND WOULD NOT EXPLAIN WHY AND WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT FOR ANY FURTHER TRANSACTIONS.
I decided to go to my financial institution and replace that card in case there was some unknown attempt to use my card that I did not know about.
I am quite upset that there was no explanation given for the flagging of my debit card. This card had been used for only a couple of transactions since it had been newly issued from my financial institution.
THIS WRONGFUL FLAGGING OF MY DEBIT CARD IS A POWERFUL INCENTIVE FOR ME TO NEVER SHOP ONLINE AT WALMART ANYMORE.
